Vom WG-Wohnzimmer über den gemeinsamen Garten und die Hausverwaltung bis hin zum Dachausbau gibt es immer Möglichkeiten sich einzubringen.
Wir suchen ab Februar 2025 eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere 9er-WG in Darmstadt. Wir sind eine bunt gemischte Gruppe von Menschen im Alter von 11 bis 63 Jahren. Wir sind Schüler*innen, Student*innen und Berufstätige. Wir teilen unseren Alltag, essen und kochen gerne zusammen und unternehmen an freien Tagen manchmal etwas gemeinsam.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Lincolnsiedlung und ist nur 10 Fahrradminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es nur 3 Minuten. Die Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und die Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Das westseitig gelegene Zimmer ist 11 m² groß. Wir sind eine haustierfreie WG und in der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht.
Gemeinsam leben wir im selbstverwalteten Wohnprojekt Heinersyndikat, das Teil des Mietshäuser Syndikat ist. Die Selbstverwaltung bringt regen Austausch und einige Arbeit zusammen mit den ca. 50 weiteren Bewohner*innen von 1 bis 63 mit sich. Im Haus haben wir diverse Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Partykeller, Sportzimmer, Werkstatt, Toberaum, Gästezimmer, Zockerraum, unsere Sauna und vieles mehr.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat for 9 persons in Darmstadt starting February 2025. We are a mixed group of people from 11 to 63 years old. We are pupils, students and professionals. We share our everyday life, like to eat and cook together and from time to time do things together on days off.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the Lincoln-Siedlung and is only 10 minutes by bike from the city center. A tram stop lies within three minutes by foot. The bathrooms, living room and kitchen are shared. The room is 11 m² in size and facing west. We are a pet-free flat and smoking inside the apartment is not wanted.
Together we live in the self-managed housing project Heinersyndikat, which is part of the Mietshäuser Syndikat. The management of our house and our activities lead to vivid interaction and quite some work together with the about 50 housemates ranging from 1 to 63 years old. In the house we have various common rooms, such as a party cellar, sports room, workshop, guest room, games room, our sauna and many more.
